Laurel Ostrom brings more than 20 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness and talent management in the high-tech, life sciences and biopharma sectors. Prior to joining Anthos, Laurel served as Vice President of Human Resources for CMC at Moderna, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s manufacturing workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also held HR leadership roles at Vizgen, Takeda/Shire, Bruker, Merck Millipore and Raytheon. Laurel earned her master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Michigan.
